A9/16 MINUTES OF THE LICENSING COMMITTEE

The Committee RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 30 March 2016.

A12/16 EXEMPT ITEMS

The allocation between Part A and Part B of the meeting was approved.
A13/16 MINUTES OF THE LICENSING SUB-COMMITTEE

The Committee agreed to approve the minutes of the Licensing Sub-Committee held on Friday 15 April 2016
A14/16 LONDON LOCAL AUTHORITIES ACT 1990 (AS AMENDED) - REVIEW OF FEES CHARGED FOR SHOP FRONT & MOBILE STREET TRADING LICENSING

The Committee received a report by the Executive Director 'Place' and the item was introduced by the Licensing Manager.

 

The Committee RESOLVED to:

 

  1. Note the representations received in response to the giving of notice of the proposed charges structure and the revisions made to the structure being recommended in light of those representations;
  2. Determine that, for the reasons detailed in paragraphs 7.3-7.15 of the associated report, the revised charges structure for shop front and mobile street trading licensing be as set out in paragraph 1 of the associated report and agree the giving of public notice for these to be brought into effect on 1 May 2016.
