To approve the contract variation in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Council’s Tenders and Contracts Regulations for Design and Build of a Temporary Modular Building at Coulsdon College to Elliott Group Holdings up to a new maximum contract value of £687,184 for a proposed contract period of 24 months (104 weeks).
