RESOLVED: To

 

1.    Approve the award of a contract to Softcat plc for the provision and support of the Netcall low code software development platform for a contract term of 5 years at a total contract value of £877,350 (£175k pa).

 

2.    Note, the previous pilot with a different provider was at a value of £84,475.
