The Leader of the Council has delegated to the Cabinet the power to make the decisions set out below
RESOLVED That Cabinet, on behalf of the Council as sole shareholder of Brick by Brick Croydon Limited ("BXB"), approve the proposed 2018/2019 Business Plan of BXB as set out in Appendix A of the report.
