To approve the award of a contract for the delivery of an integrated IT solution for the Housing and Housing Assets Services for an initial term of three years, with options to extend for a further two three-year periods and a final additional period of one year, to the contractor named, and for the contract price specified in Part B

To note that the name of the successful contractor and price will be released once the contract award is agreed and implemented.
