The Executive Director of Resources having considered the attached report from the Director of FM & Support Services which has been drafted in consultation with the Directors of Law & Governance & Deputy Monitoring Officer, Director of Planning & Strategic Transport and the Director of Finance, Investment & Risk approved the acquisition of the Land located at 6-44 Station Road and Queens Hall Car Park, Poplar Walk, Croydon, and subsequently disposing of such property to London Square (West Croydon) Limited.
